Bel Asset Management’s work begins with an engagement by a client to read their file. After reading and analysis, BAM offers IP, Business Plan, Capitalization information, Governance and more to its client. An objective snapshot of the client’s position and discussion follows, with the discussion of 1 or 2 strategic plans in terms of capital injection or M&A [as example]. Often nondilutive investments with a minimal return to investors can be structured. The choice of strategy is the clients to make. BAM will remain dedicated to a client company for up to 60 months ensuring focus and fulfilment of the selected strategy. When a strategy includes growth-to-disposition, BAM will cultivate the disposition of the company at the target price. When the strategy is listing in major financial centers; BAM will prepare the filing with the client and their counsel and will support an IPO by cultivating a pool of market makers to ensure success.
